PT Tohoma Mandiri Successfully Breakthrough Several Pipe Jacking Points in the IKN Wastewater Project

The breakthrough achieved by PT Tohoma Mandiri in the national strategic project in the Indonesian Capital City (IKN) of East Kalimantan through the Jacking Auger work for Wastewater Zone 1 and Zone 3 with a diameter of DN200 mm at several points including MH.0144-MH.0145, MH.1262-MH.1261, MH.1263-MH.1261 which was completed in stages and on time.

Next, PT Tohoma Mandiri will continue work on other points in the pipe jacking project in Zones 1 and 3, with a target completion date of the late-set schedule. Each span has strict deviation tolerances, so the team uses an elevation monitoring system and laser targets to ensure the pipeline remains precisely aligned with the design.

PT Tohoma Mandiri will continue to work on the next span in the Zone 1 and Zone 3 jacking pipe network, and fully support the development of integrated sanitation infrastructure in the Indonesian Capital City area.

Jakarta Sewerage Development Project Officialy Started, Microtunneling Ready to Support DKI Jakarta Sanitation System

Jakarta Sewerage Development Project (JDSP) Zone 1 Package 2 officially starts with an opening ceremony held at Jalan Sutan Syahrir no 16, Project JSS pit C.1.1. Attended by a number of agencies such as the PUPR Service, Kumagai Wika Jakon, and several project consultants.

Representative of the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR), Aini, said that this project is a positive step in developing infrastructure with efficient microtunneling technology, which is expected to improve the drainage and sanitation system in Jakarta and provide long-term benefits.

PT Tohoma Mandiri is trusted with Kumagai Wika Jakon to carry out a microtunneling project in 2 packages with a span length of 8.2 kilometers. The work began with the first span in pit C.1.1 with a length of 90 meters. The event was closed with an accompaniment of hope and prayer that this project can run well for optimal results.
